• Can I order custom EVA FoamTray?

Of course! We’re a factory that specializes in custom EVA trays.

• How can I order custom EVA foam inserts?

Contact us with your dimensions and requirments, if you have the drawing of the insert, we could quote and produce accordingly; or we’ll create drawing according to your requirements.

• How much are custom EVA foam inserts?

Cost depends on dimension, design and EVA foam types. Feel free to contact us to get a free quote for the specific needs. 

• What’s your production time, can you handle rush orders?

The delivery time would depends on the tray design and quantities, and we are okay with rush orders. Normally, for sample the leadtime would be 3~7 days (1~3 days for rush order), and 7~15 days for small-lot (5~7 days for rush order), contact us with your requirements to get the specific quote for your project. 

• What EVA foam materials do you usually use?

We use general, high-foaming and anti-static EVA foam sheet as our raw material. Depends on different usage or requirements, the hardness could be 38HC~70HC (Shore Hardness).

• How do you manufacture our insert tray?

All our products were produced with our high precision CNC engraving machine according to specific drawings. 

• What is the minimum order quantity for custom EVA foam packaging inserts?

The MOQ would be depends on the design of the insert. Actually, we could do just 1 piece order. But the cost for 1 tray would be higher, since it would cost the same time to program and set up the machine.

• Can I order a sample of my foam insert?

Sure, if you just would like to verify our product quantity, we could offer free random samples for verification. If you would like the sample of your own design, we could arrange it as a sample order. Noramlly would take 3~7 days. 

• Can you make other EVA foam products besides insert?

Yes, EVA foam is not design for inserts or trays only. It could be made into many different forms. Such as production fixture, position jig, coser stage property…If you’re not sure if onething could be made or not, please feel free to contact us to check it.
